There are times when I just would love to lay out on a warm beach or sit in the shade by a pool, reading a good book. Finding money in the budget for a vacation has been more challenging over the past year. It seems likely that we’ll need to put off the expensive trips for the time being. However, if we can carve out some vacation money, I can suggest a few vacations where you will find warm weather, water and have at least some chance of trimming the budget.
California is one place to consider, and if you’re looking for warmer weather you should think SoCal. There are pushing 100 miles of great accessible beaches between San Diego to Malibu, dozens of places where you can lay out your towel. Specifically, you can find many nice hotel deals online, and this resort city on the Yucatan Peninsula has a lot to offer summer travel visitors. The city includes a long peninsula with dozens of beachfront hotels. One thing that is not lacking in Cancun is warm weather.
There are quite a number of options in vacation destinations in that part of the world. Take a look at other places such as Anguilla and Antigua. Spend some time up front doing research so you learn about the culture and background of the place, and also to make sure you know enough to make smart and safe decisions during your trip.
